I had to work yesterday and said what the heck, I need to unwind so I headed to a local park after work to look for our clubs shield that was hid there and Bang hit a soild 31 vid (nickle) popped the target up and it was two rings both 10K gold laying ontop of each other about 1/2 in deep. the rings are nothing special (no big dimond on top lol) but its my first ever gold. The F 70 picked them up nice. The park has Alot of false signals and the sprinkler pipes run everywhereits also hunted very hard (due to its and old area and they still pull mercs and seated quarters outta there once in awhile). other than that I only got 4 quarters and 2 pennies Happy huntin to all Stryker

Stryker strikes gold! Way to go!!! That must have been a thrill to see gold come out of the hole. Congrats! I'm very happy for you.......thanks for sharing.

It was awsome I was excited, at first I thought it was silver then realized I hit my first gold, couldnt find the stamp on the ring fast enough LOL

That is some good detecting Stryker. Nice rings and now the gold will be showing much faster. Happy Trails...Z

I Had the rings weighed outta curiosity, They weighed in together at 7.3 grams thanks for all the great comments HH to all Stryker

Congrats on the double!

I can almost imagine a couple years ago a young lady sitting in a chair watching an event and taking them off. Setting them carefully down and then it starts raining ...

Got to be a story behind both rings being together!

I found them under a tree about 10 feet from a chip pit playground for tots. must have been sitting there watching the kids and took them off for some reason but it would be nice to know the story Stryker
