Although our weather hasn't been great with a good bit of rain over the past week, have been able to get in 4 or so hunts in between the rounds of rain. This morning I hit two different spots, the first with the 11 DD coil on and managed a 54 Rosie, 2 wheat cents, 1911 and 1934, a piece of 20 gauge brass and a few pieces of clad. I then decided to hit another spot, one that I know to be very trashy, and slipped on the smaller 5" DD coil. Right off the bat I hit the 43P war nickel from about 4". That was followed by a few clad coins and Memorial cents. Just before heading for my vehicle not to far off a curb I got a lock on 50 mid tone reading. Not sure why I dug it, but it maybe did have a softer sound, so I did and from about 3" I un-earthed a gold Masonic ring. I can't find any marks on it, but it passed the 14k gold test with flying colors. And sure looked good in the ground. Haven't checked the diamond chip yet.The last shot is of a 41 Washington, a 23 Merc and a 58 Rosie recently dug with the F 75, along with todays better finds. The last spot I hunted I used to run into some emi chatter with my previous F 75's, but with this newest version 2 model I experienced no chatter. I was in 9.0, used both BP and DE, 0 disc, 1 notch, 3h tones and 90 sen. HH jim tn
