General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Selling my trusty Ace 250. Bought new about a year ago, comes with the stock 6.5 X 9" searchcoil w/coil cover and extra lower rod, and the 9 X 12 searchcoil (no coil cover). Rain cover has been on this detector since day one. No scratches on faceplate. Control housing and faceplate are like new...rods and coils are lightly scratched in places from normal use. The pictures tell the story. This detector works great otherwise and I have made some fantastic finds with it since last year. Has only been used a handful of times in 2011. Also comes with a set of new Garrett Clearsound Easy Stow headphones. I added electrical tape (look at picture) where the tubing meets the plastic housing above the ear-piece, as this tends to separate after so many uses. My first set that came with the Ace 250 fell apart in this manner. Also comes with an extra set of hardware for attaching the coil to the lower rod. Batteries are still showing a full charge also. Only asking for $175...shipped.

I agree. It's a great set-up for anyone just starting out or looking for a back-up detector.
 
My little buddy just bought one not to long after I sold you my 9X12 Go figure! Good deal here. If you can't sell the package and spilt it up. Let me know a price on the 9X12. I would look into buying it for my little buddy.
