For sale is a Minelab Excalibur 1000 complete with zippered carry bag (and side pockets), AC-adapter/charger, well kept/charged battery pack, optional alkaline battery pack and the original manual.
Note: The original handle assembly and middle rod have been replaced with a third party handle and mid-rod assembly which provides easier access to the controls while in use as well as a more balanced fit. The newer handle assembly allows the user to hunt for extended periods of detecting without fighting the forward weight of the machine. The machine works nicely.
This unit was used very Little, about a dozen times since purchased in the later part of 2002.
It has never been submerged!
After each use the machine was given a complete wipe down before storing it in the carry bag.
The serial number on the original box (now gone) is: 10316
The serial number on the 10.5-inch coil is: 21707
The serial number on the battery pack is: 966692
