F5 DD five inch serrated cap number

Any one know the approx' VID number of a serrated bottle cap using the five inch DD coil on the F5 ?
thanks

Sorry I can't give you a number. They bounce all over the place.
I tested a couple for you last night and they went from iron to as high as 70. No single lock on in air tests.
In the ground they may be a bit more steady but the number really depends on the state of decay.
All I can say is dig a few and see what you get. I'm afriad I don't pay much attention to crown caps anymore.

thanks mike Just don't want them to be a lock on a one or two dollar coin over in Aus. So sell my F2 and order the F5 from America. The price oW detectors over here is so stupid why would you even support your local dealer. we have one fisher distributor in the eastern states so thats 3000 miles away, might as well save some of my money and go USA ALL THE WAY.
