F5 question

Does anybody know if there is any kind of adapter to add to the screw in coil connector to make it a push-in connector? If so please let me know where I could get one. It would sure make finding coils easier for the older F5's.

If you are handy with a soldering iron, a 4" adapter is fairly easy to make. Just get the female push in connector and the male plug in connector. Stay with the same wiring sequence. You can get the connectors fairly easy from various websites. Email me if you need me to further explain this set-up....

Here's a little info. GL

NEL includes this with a Tornado coil when buying one for F5/Bounty Hunter Pro. Wonder if they do so with the Sharp or Sharpshooter as well. Would open up a whole coil line for my LRP that uses F5/Greeks.

Hightone that is very interesting being the thought was to order the NEL snake coil for the F5. I will send this along to the dealer that I ordered a snake coil from for my F75. This is the way they should make coils.

Thanks

This is the option for the Tornado coil as it is sold on EBay by nelcoils. That is the Ukraine manufacturer and it is shipped from the Ukraine. You may have to get the dealer to inquire from Golddiggers who is the US distributor to all dealers. Ordering from NEL Ukraine is possible, but you pay MSRP and $25 shipping for coils. Much more than ordering from US dealers.

Forums sponsor The Golddigger had the pushin Tornado in stock for my F2 when I ordered, even though not listed on their site. Mentioning my Findmall membership was worth a savings in Feb.
