F70 for gold nuggets?

I recently picked up a used F70 and Im really impressed with how sensitive and easy to use it is...
I was wondering if any of you use yours for nugget shooting?
If so, would you share any recommendations or advice you may have?

The F70 is usually thought of as a coins & relics machine, but its basic performance as a gold machine is about the same as the T2. If you prefer to ground balance manually, the F70 doesn't offer that but most people agree that the "ground grab" feature works very well.

In general for gold prospecting you'll want to use smaller searchcoils. Most people prefer DD's for prospecting but in the 10 inch elliptical and smaller sizes, concentrics do about as well overall (the legendary GB2 uses concentrics). However DD's and concentrics respond a bit differently so it's not apples vs. apples.
