F75 5 Year Warranty

n/t

It's to bad the warranty it is not transferrable because it would sure up the value of used machines making it easier to sell them and buy Fisher's newest and greatest machine.

I don't see why the warranty can't be transferred. Tesoro has a lifetime warranty even if you aren't the original owner. But the guys at Fisher are still some of the best guys to deal with if you aren't the original owner.

I guess the question of a "transferable warranty" would depend on whether:

a. You bought a F75 and decided you don't like it and want to sell it... then you'd want a transferable warranty.

b. You bought a F75 and decided you like it and plan to keep it... then you would want a five year warranty.

Its a pain...but if you need service get the original owner to handle it for you. Its alittle for time consuming...but you get your item fixed!

I dont see a problem with passing on the warranty as long as you have the original receipt.Whose to say who bought it?? You send it in wiyh a copy of the original receipt and date of purchase, and I think your good to go JMHO. hh rick in mi.

"Good" or "Bad"... I don't know? But, my Bill Of Sale has my name on it.

I guess it's good if you intend to keep your F75 and bad if you decided to sell it"
