I'm looking at a F75 detector don't know much about them been a CZ guy what are the most important things I need to know before I buy a used f75 Thanks.

If it has the BP mode and DST. Bp mode comes in handy when a bit more depth is needed and if ever hunting over pretty tall grass. DST means it has shielding against emi, which many of the earlier models didn't have. I went from the CZ platform to the F 75 when they first came out and have never looked back. HH jim tn

The most important thing to consider before buying used is a new F75+ package with the pinpointer. It is the full featured F75 with DST and all processes, and if you dealer shop you can get it for $550. Sell the F Pulse pointer If you don’t need it and you’ll have a new fully loaded F75 with 7 years of warranty for $450. But the pointer is pretty amazing and gets 4-5 inches depth so it’s definitely a keeper.

I’m seeing used F75 for more than a new F75+ lately, and people that are buying them must not realize the F75+ is either out there, that it’s a fully loaded F75, or who knows.
