F75 LTD Question??

Does the F75 LTD Special Edition (BLACK) have DST in the detector or is this a different model? I can not seem to find this answer. Thanks

The answer to that would be yes and no.
The only distinction I have seen in the naming nomenclature is if the owner/seller includes a "2" as in SE2or LTD2 signifying the latest edition.
A simpler way to know would be to look for the "FA" mode in the models features. The latest edition has the "FA" mode but a F75LTDse black that is not upgraded will not. I believe it will only have DST if it has the "FA" mode.

At least that's my understanding , which could be wrong as the number of models and their features are one of the confusions the 75 owner has to contend with.

Hi sprchng; I just called Fisher and talked to Daniel and he said as long as it is the F75 LIMITED BLACK MODEL with Boost and CASH it will be the model with DST. Thanks

Assuming that is a new unit .
Old stock or used could still be without DST and be a F75 black ltd or se. My first was black and did not have DST

If you got a manual with your F 75, go to page 16 and refer to the D.S.T (DIGITAL SHIELDING TECHNOLOGY) section and follow the instructions. If your manual has this section, you probably have DST. If no manual, yell and I'll post how to determine if your 75 has DST. HH jim tn

Good, you will love the machine. Plenty of options for varied hunting conditions, but pretty easy to set up once you have gone through the menu a time or two. Good luck! HH jim tn
