F75+ release date??

New pin-pointers begin shipping Monday the 22nd. The + versions should not be far behind. No official date however.

I read on the Fisher Research Labs Facebook page where a poster ask if the new Fisher F75+ will be shipping the same time as the new Pin-Pointers, and someone from Fisher replied (yes) the new F-75+'s are shipping at the same time as the new Pin-Pointers.

I called back to ask about the t2+ the first guy said i can buy it today they are shipping out. I was transferred up front and the sales rep said both machines are ready to ship but they are waiting on the pinpointers. So not sure what to say at this point other then they sell metal detectors and anticipation just like every other mfg bragging about there wait for it......still waiting for .....new and exciting products.

“Production began today on the Tek version. Don't know if any shipped. Fisher next week.
The delay was two-fold. First, when units from the pilot run were water-tested a few failed at 10 feet. We determined that the Gore membrane isn't reliable to 10 feet, so we backed off to a 6 foot rating. Second, the overmolded plastic was difficult to get right, and to make that job worse the molder (USA, not China) shut down for Christmas. But what I saw today was really nice and worth the extra wait.”

Being that the hold-up was the pointers and now the pointers are shipping I don't see why they wouldn't be shipping soon to now. I noticed that on Teknetics Direct the T2+ changed from Pre-order to in stock. I'll be ordering an F75+ probably this weekend, for the price with the pinpointer it is a steal. I'll either sell the pinpointer or keep it and sell one of my backup carrots, which will bring the price of what basically is a full-featured F75 LTD to $450.
