F75-SE :fisher: A Couple Of Biggins For Both Hands:smile:

I got an early start this morning and was swinging my F75-SE at daybreak at a old park. About 5 minutes into the hunt, I got a loud high tone and some ID numbers in the high coin range. The numbers never did settle down and weren't steady. I dug down around 7 inches and popped out my very first ever Barber Quarter (1900). It must have been on edge. I figured right then it would be all down hill for the rest the rest of the day, since I found something that good right off. Jim showed about hour later and I started hunting over in his direction. I was thinking it sure would be nice to get another Barber Quarter. Well it was almost a repeat of the first, except this one was a 1899 Barber Quarter. Both signal on both coins were strong, but not your typical coin signal. I dig most types of signals anyway, because I want to know what's making the beep. I also found a Indian Head Penny, a bunch of Wheat Pennies and a Buffalo Nickel. Included are my finds from yesterday that I didn't have time to post. My settings were Boost Mode, 4H tones, 80 sensitivity and 10 on the discrimination. Thanks for looking.

1910, 1919, 1919, 1918, 1951, 1918,1946 Wheat Pennies; 3 Buffalo Nickels, one dated 1927; a toasted V Nickel; 1971 Peso; 1898 & 1904 Indian Head Pennies; some tokens, a Sterling Earring; 1900 & 1899 Barber Quarters

It took you two days, but you did put together a good hunt. Those 2 Barber quarter finds are outstanding. Don't see many hunts with two of those in it. HH jim tn

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh..Nice finds !!

I must live vicariously through you so...keep going!

Thanks everyone. Really good finds don't come along everyday, but sore mussels sure do.

A lot of my good finds come from digging iffy signals.

Jim does the same thing. If there's a hint that it could be something good he's all over it. Every time I look he's digging.

MAN! How rare is that to find 2 Barber Q's let alone one? Great work, especially describing the tone of the coin on edge...:surprised: Got us all excited for sure!:please:
