It wasn't a total wash though. I did manage a 1902 Indian Head Penny, 1941 Wheat Penny, some camp lead, a CH. Guyot suspender part, a lead bullet, and some teeth.

Thanks. It won't be long before we'll be having some 95+ degree weather with high humidity. Then I'll trade with you.

We are having some serve thunder storms coming through today, so I think I'll hunker down and give detecting a day of rest.:detecting:

Nice finds. Your trash side of the pouch looks a lot like mine after a hunt.

I found some gold teeth a few years back (came in under foil). An old house was taken out and they were about to black-top for parking. The guys working said I could hunt and the signal was shallow. Kicked the dust and seen the teeth flopping about. Took the teeth to one of the (we buy gold) outfits and got $60 bucks for them.

nice finds is that a home made digger in the pic hh

Yes it's a modified 18 x 2 inch Wilcox's digging trowel. Gorilla Glue holds it all in place.

It works great! I hit it with a file after each hunt so it will cut easily through the grass turf. I wish someone would make one like this out of some better steel.
