This Mercury dime looks a lot better than the one that I got yesterday. She was down pretty deep and maybe a little on edge. I was running in the boost mode, sensitivity 90, discrimination 14 and 3H tones. I found the bracelet down around 4 inches deep next to a huge sycamore tree. I checked the manufacturer's site and found out that the person who bought this bracelet had a choice of either silver or pewter. They choose pewter, what a jerk! I guess they had no concern about my feelings when I found it.

This Sharpshooter coil and F75-SE make a great pair.

Nice hunting Gerald. That is a bunch of targets. I hear you on the bracelet. That's the way I felt on my last two G F ring finds. Good hunting. Here's to you. HH jim tn

Good work! Nice Merc indeed! :clapping: I got a 48d wheat penny in change from the store yesterday as I was buying a 50lb bag of rock salt.

Quote you G..............." They choose pewter, what a jerk! I guess they had no concern about my feelings when I found it."

Bet your right tabman.no regard at all for your feelings...........:heh:

Can I guess the sharpshooter coil is better or gives more depth than the 5"DD coil that comes with the F75?
I'm not happy with the depth of this little coil. The best I can expect to get might be a 6" dime in perfect ground conditions.
comments welcome

Rubydot, I can't say if the Sharpshooter coil is any deeper than 5 inch DD coil is, but it did recovery a Reale at 7+ inches with a Sharpshooter on my T2SE in the 'DE' mode. The Reale is tiny compared to a dime. What I like most about the Sharpshooter coil is that it covers a lot of ground with each sweep and separates extremely well. In my ground a dime at 8 inches is within easy reach using the Sharpshooter coil on either the F75SE or T2SE.
