Only had the F75 SE just over a week but it surely has proven itself. After some reading about setup and learning its characteristics I took it to my 2 proving grounds, Mom's front yard and Grandparent's back yard. To find anything would be impressive to me because I have literally hunted both areas with 5 other machines over the past 8 years. Mom's front yard (only a 20' by 20' area searched) yielded 5 coins in 45 minutes. All but one had something in common, a nail or piece of trash next to it or nearly over it. My Grandparent's backyard turned out 3 coins. Total count was 2 nickels, 5 pennies and a dime. No silver yet, I think I've cherry picked those. I'm running almost wide open....disc 4, DP, sense 90+ and 2 tone. Each swing would have 3 to 5 targets to check. I usually double check targets in all metal also. I think the fast recovery delay is the deciding factor in reporting a good target. You can literally lay 5 coins 3" apart and the F75 will report each seperately, even with a nail in the mix. Any other machine I've tried will blur them. Anyway it's definitely my go to machine now for coins and relics.
