F75LTD OK west of the Rockies ?,,,,

grouser

New member
I read a review that stated the E-Trac was better than the LTD for anyone west of the Rockies. I'm in No CA and am trying to decide on a new MD,,, E-Trac, CZ-3D, LTD. All of them are pricey and I want to know I'm getting the best for my area. I love silver and jewelry (don't we all!!) But will dig relics at an old site. So many MD's to choose from,,,,,,

grouser soil can be a big key.Find out before you jump in.
I am on the east coast in mild soil, so there all good.

Grouser, I am in the midwest and the F75 LTD is great in my moderate midwestern soil.

I know one experienced user in N. CA. says his soil has high mineralization and the E-Trac works better.

Try to check with dirt fishers at your local club or some local dealers to see what they say, they should know your soil.

thanks gents,,,,
