Not sure I want to watch that. Is whatever they tell you today going to wrong tomorrow. I think it's mostly common sense. Good fruits and veggies and a lot of them...easy on the animal foods. Stay away from processed. Plenty of clean water. Beer is also good for you at a certain level along with wine. I'm sticking to that.
