General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I am kinda looking for a late model Tejon ( not more than 2 years old) , but don't wanna spend over $350 shipped. I do have some stuff I could trade towards it?How about 2 of the hockey puck 4 inch Tesoro coils, both in like new condition,just found them in a plastic bag in my detector room. I no longer own any Tesoro machines that work with these 2 coils.I only own a Lobo ST and 5 coils for it which should all work with the Tejon,right? I just traded with you recently for Whites Super 12 inch MXT coil.

Tom,in Illinois, ps, if I am hunting for gold nuggets, which I think can be tuned out at Disc set at 4, can I set up the Tejon for All Metal mode and then when I get a target, switch to alt disc at 4 and see if it disappears? If it does, hopefully it will be gold? Altho, I guess that kinda depends on where positive hotrocks are tuned out since there may be lots of those to bother me too. Not expecting too much iron trash, maybe some lead shot. I spose I could just thumb the disc with my Lobo but the 2 Disc controls on the Tejon migh make the job easier especially since I need xcellent hot ground rejection.
I guess my other option is to find a used X70 with the large elliptical coil? I have heard they are excellent gold finders too, just a bit expensive tho?
