Followed the low tide out early this morning.
Wasn't finding much the first 1 1/2 hours...
When the tide was at its lowest , I began on the first of two troughs that I had been eyeing for a while.
The first trough gave up a couple of quarters; the second trough gave me a 14 K yellow gold band. Nothing fancy, but I like it .
The sound from the GT over that ring was so strong, crisp , clear, and focused....I knew it had to be something better than a pop top.
For the remainder of the hunt, clads, canslaw, pop tops, sinkers and lures were in abundance . Did manage a "55 "wheatie"
Returned home, made lunch and washed the front porch; took Jacky for a run in the park...lots of exercise today
Here's pics
thanks for looking
