but she is a year old already...May 2, 2009. I haven't seen her for quite a while but her grandma, Tami, says she is growing and still a doll!
OUR PINK ROSEBUD
Our pink rosebud formed in her mother's womb,
By our Heavenly Father is sent down from,
God and will be His child but she truly must,
Someday, at the age of acknowledgement learn to trust,
Jesus, as her own personal Savior when she knows,
She is a sinner, whom we call Jayden Rose,
A lovely name, being a soft wee blossom now,
But when she accepts His teachings she'll know how,
To live for him by giving her total life,
Loving and serving Him, for she's His Bridal wife,
Someday to be called up to meet her Bridegroom,
The Lord Jesus Christ, in His upper banquet room,
But born May 2, 2008 she's been here one year-
Of living mortally in His holy, loving care,
Watched over by her guardian angel, our Rose-
Grows and blooms beautifully with a button nose,
And ten little fingers and ten little toes,
Her pink lips form a bow as silky skin glows,
Nursing her with a bottle is her earthly father,
Joseph, and Jessica is her loving natural mother,
May they raise her with the Word of God,
To become a glorious flowering Rose and trod,
On His straight and narrow way until she,
Meets Jesus in the air, for living always happily,
As a flower in His garden bouquet, so colorfully-
Showing Him her love as she lives carefully,
In the guidance of her footsteps by Him,
While walking in His bright light that'll never dim,
By staying in His presence by faith you see,
Then in new Jerusalem City she will be,
Along with mom and dad when they sincerely bow,
Before our blessed Savior and accept Him now,
Before they leave this world, and her grandma,
Tami, she'll be with there and also great-grandma,
For we are the Children of God to thrive,
In the gloriousness of our Lord forever alive!
So, my sweet, great-granddaughter please understand,
When you are old enough, you need to stand-
For truth and righteousness on Jesus, our Rock-
Never shaking us off nor will He ever block,
Those seeking Him in an hour of aching need,
As their heart breaks and salvation does succeed,
By tears of sorrowful repentance and with love-
For an awesome God, and our Savior dwelling above,
On His throne of grace, so dear Rose ask,
For forgiveness and mom and dad, too, a task-
That is not difficult for anyone who will seek,
Jesus, Whose joy makes us spiritually strong; not weak!
