FINALLY made it out...

Between being sick, work, Christmas I finally made it out for a December hunt. Finds were two Mercs(35, 39), twenty or so wheats(16-5, and the toy gun! Anybody have any info on the gun??

Greetings Jack(IN), Nice mercs. From the appearance of your toy gun it appears to be a Springfield 03. The barrel looks like it is broke off. Those guns were used from WWI thru WWII. Great finds Happy Hunting Grounds,

The Gun sure is an interesting looking piece. I have never seen one like that. Hope someone knows what it is and how old. Continued success and Good Luck and HH.
