After a rainy day I went out for 1 1/2 hours after supper to an old school that I walk to and dont hunt often enough. I finally got my first Indian Head Cent! 1906. 1945 and 1946 wheat cent. Also my first Boy Scout bolo tie thingy. What appears to be an old locker key. A flat copper disk that is too heavy to be a RR flattened cent. The whatzit says "Transfer 88" on one side and "WSAR" or "WSRR" or "WSBR" on the other. Might be a railroad or bus transfer? I don't know but I plan on asking some old timers. If you have an idea give me a shout.
The rest is more keys, half of an old knife, a piece of a blood pressure machine, old zips, a mess of clad coins as usual.
I am so happy to finally get that IH monkey off my back. The detail on the reverse is better than that on the obverse. Good day for a day I had planned on resting.
