finds from last couple hunts !

Hello thought i would share some of my finds from a few past sundays. Finds are from a old hotel site and a old sitting park called 'lake grove' both sites are from the 1800's too early 1900's pictures are of a liberty head large cent 1836? a indian head cent 1800"s and a wheaty 1900's sorry that i cant make the dates out too good but im hopeing too get exact dates when thay are cleaned up better.
 
WOW some very nice finds you got there SAS. The bottle looks to be in good shape is there any writing on it? WTG :thumbup:
 
Nice old coins. Sure looks like they took a beating in the soil. Nice find !!

i think the bottle is a stubby beer bottle fairly new like the 1960's ?? just a guess

That coin is a Matron Head Large Cent! Very nice! My brother in law found one of those in an late 1800's carnival site about a month ago. You got a very good spot to hunt and the perfect machine to hunt it with! Good for you bud!:garrett:
