Finds from last week

Hi Guys,

Here's a few finds from last week. If wheaties were made of gold, I'd retire early. I had to dig up 101 of them to find 8 pieces of silver. I'm not sure what the large copper coin is. It is worn flat ... maybe a King George. The front side shows a figure facing to the right with a hair ribbon in the back. I tried to make an enhanced image of it but it still does not show much. The arrow points to the ribbon. Any ideas?

VERY nice digging! Don't know about the copper coin, but I DO know that that is a TON of wheaties! WOW! And plenty of silvers, too -- GREAT job -- do I see a standing liberty quarter in there?!

That's a great week in my book Any date on the SLQ?

I concur. KG3 half penny I don't think they do as well in the dirt as the big american coppers. They seem more prone to pitting.
