Fire update

Sounds from what I heard on the police scanner no more water is needed and trucks are going to refuel. That is good news. The wind became calm (was up to 16 mph) at one point then after the prayer request the wind stopped. We are hoping for the thunderstorm that is being predicted. We don't need the lightning but certainly a good rain will help put any sparks out and help cut down on more fires.

Praise God for the good news and we had thunderstorm warnings earlier here in the St. Louis and areas! But passed on by me and I'm thankful no damages were done! Thank You, Jesus, for Your mercy and grace upon Your children! Amen! Ma Betty
