On September 3rd the T2 pulled a Celtic silver coin. of Eppillus dating to late first century BC into early 1st century A.D. it was likely to have been minted in Silchester Hants (UK) The obverse shows Calle REX the reverse and Eagle with EPPI alongside.Wieght1.3 grms The other find was a Romano British disc brooch dating circa 250 A.D. into the early 5th century A.D.The brooch would have had a glass inlay which is now missing. This field has the easiest search conditions ever. Sandy soil flat as a pancake.
