First Hunt Of Spring Was Promising!

finally got out today for 2.5 hours to check out my new site. Started out with a false start - new rechargeables went dead in 30 minutes. So I switched to the alk. pack which had about 4 good hrs left on them.

Anyways, my first find was a partial 1800's Large Cent. Then I found a 1929 merc real shallow and I thought to myself - nobody's been here that knew what they were doing. I ended the evening with a 1916 wheatie and an old brass hose nozzle. This site dates to 1800's and has a lot of potential!

I was really glad to be out swinging my EX II again!
have a good Easter! HH!

Can't wait to see some more of finds from that area. As I'm sure there are many more waiting to be plucked out of the ground :)

Nice finds. It's always nice to get out and swing the coil.

Nice finds and looks like you are off to a great start on your new site. I found one of those brass nozzles 2 years ago. Great Job and keep up the excellent work.

WTG Ocean7...........:) At least you were able to get out. It has rained all weekend here and with Easter and my two granddaughters coming over there was no detecting for me this weekend. HH.
