First Hunt of the year with the Omega

Eric (NH)

New member
Well, we are still a bit buried in snow here in NH, but two days in the 60's have exposed a few areas.

I went out to a wooded area that I have hit before, for about an hour. Very first signal...a nice 1944 Mercury Dime. Only other digs...a deep rusted buckle and screw cap..and a few junk target. Left one target in the ground, reading a steady 82...went deep, but couldn't find it...it is either deep iron, or a coin hiding on me...I forget my propointer. I need to go back and retrieve it.

It was fun to get back out...can't wait for all of the snow to go away.

HH, Eric
