I have only been detecting about 5 years. In that time I have owned meanie top line metal detectors. Some perform better in some areas than others this is the norm . The ds is a very impressive metal detector. I only wished I had purchased it years and years ago. It simply is the most user friendly metal detector I have ever seen. It performs well in my test garden. I would recommend theI would recommend the deus to anyone wanting a high quality metal detector.
