First Impressions of the 5 X 10 Scorcher Coil...

Had an opportunity to hunt a little today with the
5 x 10 DD. Here's what the first impressions are:
Positive:
1.Very easy to pinpoint
2.Very quite at high sens. in bad ground
3.Very quite at high sens. hunting around high power lines
4.ID's as good as the stock coil if now just a little better
5. Seems a tad more sensitive than the stock coil
6. Lighter in weight
Negitive
1. Loss of depth over the stock coil-possibly and
inch or more
2.Non-imaging
Overall I think it is a good coil. Will I keep it?
I don't know yet but the stock coil has the 2 things
that I need? Raw depth in AM and the fun thing,
imaging. I have got to the point that I only use
the 2500 in the AM mode. Best to all,Richardntn
