using my sweat band ! I dug 100 coins, a gold ring, misc stuff.

The ring is small but neat & complete. You can see the 14 K on it. Most of the coins are scummy - I'm digging deeper and getting what's left a long time I believe. Also got another flattened penny for my display. We have a huge bookstore here called Bookman's so it's probably from there. Steve in so az

might have to break mine out too! It is supposed to be in the 40's next week!:heh:
Very nice ring!

You are still being blessed to find gold....So give God praise and Thank Jesus, for the many blessings you and Nancy receive! Congrats on the great finds! May God keep blessing and blessing! Amen! Ma Betty

With as much ice on the ground as we have here in Indiana, it is gonna take a whole lot of warm days to get to where I can do some digging.

same way they put up with super hit climes! :hot::stretcher::heh:

so haven't been able to get out, as yet, but the sun is brightly shining and the ice, sleet and white stuff are slowly melting! If you lived all your life here like I have, you would take it as it comes, for everyone cannot move to warmer climates and I appreciate the four seasons....but the wintery scenes, I enjoy from inside my home looking out the windows now, but have lived and driven in lots of cold weather but was younger and more able to do so! The hot and humid summers are hard, too, but I can stay in the A\C and not have to go to work, walk in it, or do anything but stay inside when I want to do so! There was no A/C nor fans on the farm, so we just did what we could to stay cool, which wasn't often, as Cliff and I worked in the garden and in the fields in the heat of the sun, so wherever a person is raised they get acclimated to the weather, whatever it is! May God Bless you and Nancy and have fun :detecting: and finding all that gold and silver! Amen! Ma Betty

Cool Ring, I wish it was warm enough to get out, suppose to warm up for a week, to weird for february! Will see how long it will last! Congratulations Steve!

Well a person who is used to both will not be so affected as those who aren't, but at my age I just cannot stand the severe cold or the severity of hot, humid weather, as they both drain the energy from me,,,,older people get cold easier and need more heat but not the hot, humidity of the Missouri summers! May God bless and keep you cool for :detecting: this summer in the desert! Amen! Ma Betty

Actually Steve; If you lived in the cold weather like me all your life you would be able to stand it as well. Yes sometimes it is "BRUTAL" here but for some innate reason we seem to be able to endure it with little or no consternation. I don't know why or how but we do. I guess it's called conditioning. anyway I hope this answers ok. It's supper time. Until later; Watch out for Polar Bears. :heh: PEACE:RONB

I for once would love to sweat . I am sick and tired of all the snow we have had this year.

you get honked at by Penguins. !!!!!!! :lmfao: It'[s kind of like the old commercial, Every time I bite into a York Peppermint Patty I get the sensation of - - -

Since it's Valentine's Day : You know you really have a problem when your idea of being Romantic is rubbing noses. !!!!!!!! :inlove: :heh: Enjoy.
