First Quattro fold

Hi everybody !

As stated in another post, I bought a second hand Quattro last Monday. Back to my place I had only one little hour to test it on my favourite beach. The tide was low so I gave it a go on the wet sand. Now, amazingly enough, I found trash, NO coins and a 18K gold ring with two small diamonds and a sapphire.

I think this is an encouraging start !

A great start Nick! Nice photo too of the ring. Been out detecting a few times myself, just haven't got round to cleaning my finds!

I found it just below the high tide mark, the reading on the display was +7.
