[attachment 189296 029.JPG]couldn't wait any longer took out se got nothing special 1936 buffalo clad dime and a memorial dug a old lock sounded good high right checked digital 00 29 imagine my disappointment. oh well live and learn sorry about pic quality

You are going to love this thing !
 
I'd say you did extremely well ,night time, only 1/2 hr., first time and you got a Buffalo with a readable date . I think as you get a little more time with your SE you'll get away from the numbers and go with the smartfind then you will get to where you go more for the tones and the depth gauge . The Explorer gives you a lot of info to base your dig or not to dig decision on .
 
that 00 29 could have been silver oh well it was good numbers to check
