Fisher 1265X mod?

Hi! I found also this Fisher 1265X model. But look on the panel. Can someone tell me - this is a some kind of mod of 1265X?

I have no clue!
Someone has used the headphone jack (area) for an added control?
Then they added another control to the bottom of the speaker grill?
Did they relocate the headphone jack, or does it not have one now?

Just a wild guess...but the control under the speaker looks like it might be a frequency shifter, and the one where the headphone jack used to be, might be to shift the ground balance.

I would have to see inside to verify, but you might test the frequency shift theory by running it near another 'stock' 1265, and you could test the ground balance theory with a piece of ferrite bobbed up and down over the coil while in pinpoint (all metal) and note any changes.
