fisher commutation seems to be very poor now

I sent fisher several emails on a question i had with no repays i started out with a fisher and been useing them ever sence anyone else haveing any problems i never had a problem before the new ownership
this may be the last fisher i will own if the service is not there

communication is fine, but the Los banos-run website has not been updated in months.......

i have been dealing with firsttexas for about two years. they are super slow on e-mails but great with phonecalls.
 
I will call today bill the only number i had was long distance and calling in the US is lots of money here in Canada i did not know they had a toll free number sometimes its very hard when trying to raise a family of five and long distance is $1.25 a minute thanks again for the help Jeff
 
You should consider something like Skype. You call with your computer using a microphone & headphones(which you probably already have). A cheap plastic electret microphone can probably be had for under $5. Calls computer to computer are free anywhere in the world. Calls to telephones are very cheap, especially between the USA & Canada.

I currently have 2 CZ-70`s in Texas, 1 is there for a second time because they didn`t fix it the first time. The other is a new one that didn`t make it one day in the field. E-mail is useless & phone calls are iffy at best. So I hope this is a rare case & not the norm. I guess I`ll see if they can fix a CZ right in a few weeks or aleast before the fields get planted.

I disagree, sent my T2 for repair back to them from the UK,posted and returned to me in 14 days ,excellent service ,they sent me tracking details etc ,was very impressed with there service, they could not off been more helpful
 
is a different one than for Fisher detectors. :shrug:

The T-2 is not a Fisher product. It is just related by a common owner.

I don't know this for a fact, but I am aware that there has been some legit complaints of poor service/ communications from Fisher service. :nono:
