OK, did some air testing with my F5 yesterday and noticed a strange responce with silver rings.
If the silver ring is laying flat in the ground the F5 with the 5" coil see's it, but if the ring is on edge the F5 does not see it or see's it at a lower ID and gives off a 'iron' grunt.
I have a video clip showing this (2mb file). If anyone wants to see this, please PM your email and I'll send it to you.
Did the same test with gold rings and coins and they came in OK with their ID on edge.
