Fisher Service Dept. Experience

Well Just to let everyone know about my Fisher service dept. experience in case your thinking about sending your machine in. I bought a used Excel off of ebay and it started having pinpoint problems like I posted about 3 weeks ago or so. Anyway I shipped it back to Los Banos, called them they got it and they replaced the keypad, front panel and upgraded the software and shipped it to me at no charge. I believe this is because they had problems to some extent with those pieces they replaced. Any way they stood behind their product and didn't try to make me pay for it, it wasn't like it was abused or left in the rain. So I have nothing but high regard for Dana and Ann who helped me out there at Fisher. Fisher Service gets Five Stars in my opinion.

For what its worth.
 
I wouldn't expect anything less from Fisher. They really do stand behind what they sell. Good luck with the Excel!
