Fishers machines

Its about time to start relic hunting again in Va if your one of those who hate ticks and red bugs. Time for me to get a new machine.
My question is, what machine out of fishers lineup would you recomend to hunt civil war relics? I have been looking into the coinstrike, cz3d, and the id excel.
I now use a 1266x and would like to know which one of these machines is better?
Thanks
Joe Reb

if you like the 1266 you should look at the 1270. probably better relic machine than the 3 you listed.

I don't think you can beat the CZ-70 for relic hunting. I have a bucket of bullets, bunches of buttons, and piles of Indians and silvers using my CZ-70 in Suffolk Virginia and other relic and coin hot spots. Not too mention it's great at the beach. And the weatherproof thing. I can't speak for the rest of the machines you mentioned, other than the CZ3D and the Coinstrike are probably more intended for coins. Although I'm sure they can find a chunk of lead too. But the CZ-70 is a proven pro. I've dug some DEEP bullets and buttons with mine.

I agree with Mike. The CZ-70 is a great all around hunting machine. I spend 95% of my time hunting for civil war relics, and the other 5% coin shooting. I've only had to send my machine into Fisher once. Even though it took 4 weeks to get it back, I was happy to hear it was 100% covered under warranty. You sure can't pass up on that life time warranty!

The Fisher CZ 70 pro is hard to beat just found a block A in a area that had been pounded over & over & over WOW!
