Five cork bottles found , Need ID

I found these and there is no writing on them . Can anyone tell me what the two on the left are ?

 
the big bottle with the ring I'm not sure but I think the one beside it is a 12 panel pickle jar or something of condements and the others look like pretty much the same as well the 2 in the middle possible milk jugs
 
1st one on the left I am almost sure it is a vinegar bottle ,2nd one not sure,3rd and 4th are milk bottles and the last one is a ketchup bottle.
