I was doing a bit of experimenting with the prospecting mode and decided to see how things would go if, while having the ground tracking on, I put it into the GB mode. Well, it operated quite the same as if it were in the regular prospecting mode.. with a constant GB reading. Since my ground is variable, it would be constantly changing. It operated just like the MXT with the running GB reading; the so called "follow the paystreak" feature. It would also give a numerical value to targets I encountered. Might be a usefull function for prospectors & relic hunters. ..Willy.
