I found this on Amazon and it works great!!! Used it a few times and can hear those faint targets now....

I’ll check into that device.
I use apple air pods 4, they are suppose to assist with hearing loss. I put them in and use headphones. Works well for me. I do hear sounds better

price is right if they work, I order 2 of them and we will see. I have very bad hearing and I have the loudest headphone and can not leave my hearing aids in with the headphones as the feedback is bad and if they do the trick I am sure others with bad hearing will love this.

Its loud!! The little knob on top is very sensitive so do little turns until you find the right setting for you....
