General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I have a like new MXT that I bought new last spring for a family member that never used it. I already have an MXT-so this one is going up for sale. In my opinion the MXT is the best all around metal detector there is. I have found more gold and silver jewelry with the MXT than I ever did with my XLT and XL Pro. I'm not knocking those machines- they are great for silver coins- But if you want to find jewelry and especially Gold jewelry - Get and MXT- it kicks Butt on Gold! Now this unit has about 16 month left on the 2 year transferable warranty. The new owner will get the full warranty parts and labor. Included are the following Items to sweeten the pot( actually to help sell this machine so I can buy another toy).

Owners manual and DVD video of the operation of the MXT

Dick Stout's- "Where to Find Treasure" book

Whites Headphones (used but work just fine)- Tiny Tech pin pointer- Like new (used a few times)

Coleman Night Hunting adjustable strap head lamp- Works great

One wooden Treasure Chest- Containing all kinds of goodies:

Eisenhower, Susan B. Anthony and Sacajawea dollar coins(4) - lots of Euros, pesos, amd other foreign coins and tokens I have found over the years, and some REAL Silver Rings, Some chains- one14 K chain with crucifix that turned out to be fake and other assorted goodies. So how about $545.00 US Postal Money order shipped priority insured in US.
