Forgotten ball field gives up a few more :bouncy:

Skipped out of work early and found myself with hunting time. The barber was really jumping all over the place I wasn't even sure it was a coin but dug it anyway. It was about 6 or 7 inches deep. The mercs were picked out of a trashy part of the site. I am actually tired of digging wheats at this site. Well I am not a big fan of wheats to begin with and in my area they look so bad coming out of the ground I am lucky if i can get a date off them. The newest silver I have found at this site is 1929!

That has turned into a honey hole Jimmy. Those kind of places are far and few between, you may want to give that place some more time and set up some strings and grid it off. You've found more silver in there than most of us have found all year.

You are smoking that old ball field. Another nice batch of finds. I agree with Brian. Seems like a good spot for a good key date. Good luck. HH jim tn

Beautiful coins. Keep up the good work.
