Found a few keepers at a park this a.m. Button guys, help please.

Found this stuff this a.m. at a park that used to hold G.A.R meetings. Place has given up some good finds over the years.

This button is probably the coolest find of the day. I know its old because of the long neck of the eagle. Any I.Ds for me?
