I don't post very often but I thought I'd give Garrett some props. I recently acquired a GTP 1350 and its a great little machine. I decided to search my yard which I've hunted for the past seven years (no kidding). I have searched this yard with every detector you can imagine and have never found silver until yesterday. It may not seem like a big deal but it sure helped me take a shine to the Garrett. The dime was a 1943 one of the most common dates but it is the rarest find ever from my yard. I always knew there had to be at least one silver here and the Garrett found it. That bell-tone sure shines when it comes to coin hunting (the Garrett seems to be the best discriminator made). Anyway thumbs up to Garrett (if they make a new detector soon lets hope it discs just as good as the 1350).
