found a very special 10 K gold piece today...and of course clads, and of course another "wheatie"

Went to a beach I hadn't hunted at for a couple of years...detected 3 hours ; God was good to me; He helped me find some special gold.

When I heard the low tone, I thought "oh,no..another nickel"..I saw this (referring to above photo) in the scoop of dirt and then thought " oh, a piece of scrap metal"[attachment 83719

After cleaning ; 10 K gold

the tiny pin fell off while cleaning the piece...it is stamped "10K"

"Ron " tested negative for gold ...but I like this bracelet


p.s. the stones on the "crown of thorns" tested negative for diamonds and moissanite
