Found another LC and gold button and silver top (old)

Ocean7

New member
found a large copper but it looks to be another slab ruined by being in wet ground for way to long. Found a gold button, brass ring, suspender clip, sterling silver top (old), quartz rock with what appears to be silver, and 1919, 1928, 1941, & 1944 wheat cents.

Bar is metal and have no idea what it came from. Old spoon is junk.

They used brush hog to take down 3 foot high weeds and thickets on the 1803 property I'm detecting. I spent about two hours in that area tonight and found LC and sterling silver top. If I hit silver there - it could be from 1800's. :)

Too bad that the copper coins don't hold up long in wet areas. You found quite a nice selection of different relics though and I hope you find some old 1800's silver on your next return.

WTG Ocean7!! Sure would like to find a large cent one of these days. That's on my list along with a seated coin.........:) One of these days I hope..........:) HH.
