Found at the University, old clip jewelery

Didn't look like much when I found it, but... it's pretty cool.

My Grandmother use to wear those clip on earrings and I'm 59 WOW!!!Neat Find.HH

I thought that's what it was until I checked out the clip. It looks like it had something hanging from it. That silver pin is on a swivel and the clip isn't shaped for the ear. I'm waiting for someone to help me in the "whatzit" forum.

Most surely is an old clip on. The ring prob had a dangling piece.
