Found coin what is it????

All I can says is ????????? but it is a great find wish you luck on that one HH cant wait to find out what it might be.
 
Good looking coin! Found in Britain perhaps?? If so, Anglo-Saxon.

I'm surprised!! I'm in VA, in the Norfolk -Va. beach area, but my favorite hunting sites are near Charlottesville. Never found anything like that! The literature does say that they are found extensively in Britain, and the Brits were all over this colony for at least 2 centuries, so maybe one of them dropped their 'lucky' St. Olaf coin. Isn't this is an interesting hobby? You just never know....
