FOUND in Kentucky, could be from elsewhere?

I found this yesterday when relic hunting, as it was along a small rock road, used for traction I'm sure, through the fields. Never found anything like this, so I'm hoping to know what it is!

It is a gorgeous blue color!

Here are the normal pictures and lightened ones as well...

Actinolite, although actinolite is usually greenish rather than bluish. The bluish may be from associated minerals rather than the actinolite itself.

Common mineral associates include garnet and asbestos.
